The fact that we are humans with emotions is enough reason to freak out. Most episodes of freaking out share common features called FART — Feelings, Automatic, Reactive, and Toxic.

Pay attention to your triggers, and pay attention to your FART's!

(FART-- Feelings, Automatic, Reactive and or Toxic explained in images here 👆)
Understand that you would always get angry as long as you’ve got feelings. However, it would benefit you to learn to be calm by identifying your triggers. The most common triggers that parents encounter are:
• Anxiety: Most times, you can find yourself thinking and worrying about all the bad things that could happen to your kid, leading to anxiety.
• Medical crises: Most mothers deal with many medical issues like fractures, burns, and chronic ear infections requiring ear tubes.
• Multitasking: Trying to do many things simultaneously, especially while with your kids, can increase your stress level.

Remember, you don't have to somehow magically fix or eliminate all your triggers.
Focus on awareness, acceptance and action.
Now, let's talk about the BURPS!
No , we are not talking about the regular bodily functions our children giggle at, when grampa farts during his nap on the couch or when dad burps at the dinner table (eww lol 😆 okurrr) , we are speaking of actual #mentalawareness and #CognitiveTraining.
Here we are explained what these "Button Reduction Practices are - IE: BuRPS :

Single tasking :

Sleep:

Support:
Need. Support:

Simplify:

Take notes of these things guys.
It really and truly can make a world of difference when we start to be internally aware during our healing journeys... its what determines genuine healing after all..
