Good morning beautiful people in the blogging universe!

This entry today is going through a section of a magazine I bought at my local CVS which i found to be such a great and informative read for anyone dealing with chronic pain.
Chronic pain IS a symptom of CPTSD, so when you have chronic issues that already cause pain, this can really intensify things.
This particular mag was 4.99 here on the shelves , but here in this blog you will be able to benefit from it for free. So , Make sure you subscribe for lots of posts like this where I upload the magazines I purchase, in otherwards you basically get the self help magazines I buy, just for being subscribed here lol!
So let's dig in! Here is the article, written by a fellow #PainWarrior. I hope you can benefit from it .

This is a hard one for me too...the hyperglesia she writes about.. reading this article had a calming effect on me, knowing I'm not alone... that were not alone. .

Breathing techniques are ESSENTIAL . I am hoping to learn new coping skills from a childhood friend who is doing breathwork...
Power in knowledge indeed 💯 ❤️ 😍
TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR CARE. YOU ARE IN CONTROL XOX

Working towards pain meds one day not being a part of my reality, mostly due to the actual trauma I have in reguards to the medical system and others in my family not understanding my issues and just assuming... whuch really destroys a soul... but some things just need a darn prescription for , whether we like it or not....
The point is, this article really helped me in a way u can't put into words hust yet, and I hope others can find some comfort, answers or even self understanding in it as I have.
And I hope you all have a beautiful day. Next blog entry from this magazine is this : "Herbal Fixes for pain" xox

I love you.
Remember to breathe today, and to take a step back instead of reacting , if the time comes to do so. You are worth it.
