Today's read šŸ“š "How to stop loosing your sh%t with your kids..."

Been working super super hard to walk away , or atleast shut up instead of reacting when Sara argues with me.


Some people talk so horrible to their kids... it truly affects them no matter what excuses are made šŸ˜žšŸ˜žšŸ˜ž

This is one of my biggest issues with myself. and i know its directly a result of my childhood and responses i hace hardwired into me, si it must change.

Lol almost ironic its called "FART " (inside joke lol.)

Anyway.. A huge symptom of cptsd is guilt and or shame, so it makes us choose to bury it instead of solve it.


This read definitely stopped me in my tracks, and gave me hope and motivation to BE BETTER .

This is the stage I'm at: recognizing the triggers and training/rewiring my responses to them .

Ofcourse, Profesional help is always highly highly recommended. I myself have went through a couple years with a amazing guy who is the one who diagnosed me ... he ended up retiring and since then I haven't found another connection such as his I my small rural area of Puna, Hawaii, BUT i have been put on the waiting list with my mama at a trauma cptsd family therapist in hilo ,the next town. Im looking forward to it, for both of us) .


if you are someone who is seeking the right therapist, or have done therapy and still do, but also prefer to do inner work at home on your own terms, this will be a good blog as I will share as much resources that I can along my own journey, in real time.


Sometimes the best inner work is done at home. Its where it all starts, and usually where it all ends, after all.
